SPAIN RESIDENT has been the first immigration agency to be established in Spain in 2013 following the amendment in the residency laws to encourage investor residency.

The founding partners of SPAIN RESIDENT actually contributed to the drafting of the new Law 14/2013, which has introduced the concept of "investor residency" into Spain, thereby providing a friendly legal framework for overseas investors.

We have a broad experience in dealing with clients from around the world and are able to work in different languages, such as Arabic, French, Portuguese, Persian, Turkish, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
